2026 Pre-Season Drop-in Program 

Try Lacrosse For Free!

When:

• Tuesdays: Jan 13, 20, 27 & Feb 3, 10, 17, 24

Where:

• Ranchero Elementary School - 6285 Ranchero Dr, Salmon Arm

Time for U7-U9 (born 2018-2021):

• 5pm - 6pm

Time for U11-U15 (born 2012-2017):

• 6pm - 7pm

Equipment Required:

• Caged Helmet

• Gloves (hockey gloves acceptable)

• Lacrosse Stick (we have sticks available to borrow if you do not have one)

• And don't forget to bring clean running shoes! 

All participants will be required to sign a waiver before participating.
